We reserve the right to make any changes to this site at any time.




To make a purchase you need to first register an account with us and always ensure your information is upto date. This enables you to track the process of your order more effectively and allows us to get in touch should any issues arise, or vice versa, thus making transactions and deliveries, smoother and quicker.


When you register an account with us it’s up to you to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and to restrict access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access.


To purchase an item choose from the catagories on the left hand side or click image or product information which takes you to another page with further information. Here you can change the quantity, and add to cart (quantity can be changed later also). Click add to cart.

This next page allows you to check the amount and products you wish to order, if any changes are made at this point always click the grey update button, bottom left, before proceeding to the  next step. If everything is correct click proceed to checkout.

On this page click on preferred delivery option and check that the delivery address is correct. If the delivery address needs updating you can do so simply. Press change address button, fill in the new details and click continue where you will be brought back instantly. Any comments you wish to add please do so. Click continue.

This next page allows you to ammend payment address, choose preferred payment option and apply any coupon or voucher codes. When coupon or voucher codes are entered into the correct field click the grey 'apply' button next to box to trigger the discount or special offer. When all details are correct  and you have agreed to our terms and conditions, click continue and you will be on the final checkout confirmation page, where yet again you can ammend any details which are incorrect. When all is correct click confirm button where you will be forwarded to the paypal site.




We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, close accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If for any reason we cancel an order, you will not have to pay for these items.



We will only deliver once payment has been recieved.


We aim to deliver your purchase within 60 days.


We aim to dispatch your order within the day however sometimes delays arise outside of our control, busy periods or severe weather for instance, and your package may not arrive with-in the specified time,  give it a little while longer,  and/or check with your local delivery company.  If you are still having trouble, get in touch and we will do our best to help you track your parcel.




The free delivery option is sent using Royal Mail 1st Class. We will have proof of postage.

Once we have shipped your parcel and obtained proof of postage our obligation has been fulfilled..

We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged  items sent this way.

If your parcel has not arrived check your neighbours and/or your local Royal Mail delivery depot.

We will provide proof of postage if needed.




Is made using Parcelforce.  We aim to get your parcel to you within 2-3 days.  If you have any issues contact us.

Deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, e.g. busy periods or severe weather.






If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send the item(s) unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Please note: we can only refund you for unopened and unused items. Any missing or used items will remain chargable.


Also, we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your return to us.  We recommend that you return any faulty/unwanted items by guaranteed recorded post. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that go astray, or get damaged, in the mail.
